Clean Room Depot’s (AS Series) air showers and tunnels are self contained chambers designed to effectively remove particulate contamination from personnel before entering the clean room. Each air shower or tunnel supplies high velocity air streams of Class 100 HEPA filtered air through adjustable nozzles which lift off contaminates while an individual stands in or walks through the chamber. The nozzles are strategically arranged on the walls and ceiling to direct contaminated air downward through pre-filtered grilles and hollow wall returns and back to the HEPA filter which is 99.99% efficient at removing particles at 0/3 microns and larger.

Minimize contamination and maintain productivity with Clean Room Depot’s (SSPT Series) Stainless Steel Pass Thru air locks. The interior design gives users a mechanism for pickup and delivery of products and supplies that limits clean room entry/exit thus minimizing contamination. Productivity stays constant since personnel remain clean and on the job. Our exclusive easy change view panel system allows the user to replace damaged parts or change panel type for specific applications, U.V., amber, pharmaceutical, (safety/chemical glass or fire retardant) without factory assistance. Pass thrus may be steam sterilized to maintain the strictest levels of cleanliness and provide a safer means of material transfer.

HEPA Filtered Pass Thru (4)

The HEPA Filtered Pass Thru has been added to our standard line of pass thrus for enhanced particle control. This unit has been designed with a top mounted blower system that cleans products with 100 f.p.m. of 99.99% of HEPA filtered air prior to clean room entry. Standard units draw air from clean room side of pass thru and exhaust out of vents on the dirty side. This airflow pattern prolongs the life of the HEPA and keeps contaminates from entering the clean room. We believe that this product produces the best insurance against contaminated materials being introduced into your clean room.

Cart Pass Thru (CPT 48) & Cart Pass Thru Air Shower (CPTAS 48) (2)

Clean Room Depot has designed this system as a means to transfer materials/parts in and out of the clean room using a mobile cart. This cost efficient method not only increases product flow but eliminates the need of personnel entry into the clean room. The system comes equipped with an interlock feature that allows only one door to open at a time. This safety feature protects against both cross contamination and depressurization of the clean room. Floor mounted guide rails prevent cart from touching and damaging side walls of the pass thru. Our standard CPT48 requires no electric and has a mechanical interlock without filtration.

Clean-Zone Flooring (4)

Clean-Zone is a permanent high tech polymer flooring that removes and prevents foot and wheel borne contaminants from entering into the clean room. It’s perfect for small areas or easily fitted for entire wall to wall protection. Title effective high-friction surface collects and retains contaminating particles until they are removed by normal cleaning procedures. Installation and removal are simple using our standard adhesive or new self-adhesive panels, which allows semi-permanent placement on raised access flooring areas, gowning rooms, airlocks and entrance ramps.

Clean Room Motorized Shoe Cleaner (3)

Clean Room Depots Motorized Shoe Cleaner provides the most effective means for removing gross contamination from shoes before entering a clean environment. The unit has fixed internal brushes (flexible nylon above, and tough fiber below) which vigorously scrub every part of the shoe-seams, welts, cracks, upper, sole, behind the heel, and at the heel/sole juncture. The smooth uncluttered exterior design permits no contamination from the unit itself.
